Why Gospelflow

You've memorized it. Can you use it in a conversation?

Learning your testimony in another language is hard. Bringing it into a real conversation, at the right moment and without reciting, is harder. Gospelflow trains both, starting with listening.

Listen first

Real conversations start with the other person: their day, their worries, their questions.

Find the moment

Notice when part of your story could actually help, and when it is better to wait.

Bring the right part

Not the whole speech from the top. The one piece that fits, in your own words.

How it works

Prepare, practice, retry, then take it into real life.

Start anywhere. A question about tomorrow's visit is as good a first step as a Bible story, and Flow helps at every stage.

  1. 1

    Prepare

Add your testimony, a Bible story or just a few lines, or start from a ready-made starter, and internalize it with a native voice. You don't need a speech to begin.

  2. 2

    Practice

Understand a short message, try a short exchange, or have a full conversation with a partner who speaks at your level.

  3. 3

    Review and retry

See one win, one thing to try and one next step, then retry the exact moment that didn't land.

  4. 4

    Take it into life

Record or reflect on a real conversation, and watch your focus grow from “with support” to “on your own.”

Meet Flow

Help the moment you need it.

Flow is your coach on every screen. Ask by voice or text, and it already knows the speech, feedback or focus you have open, so you never explain yourself twice.

Hear it, then try it

Flow explains in the language it coaches you in and models lines in a native voice of your language, even when it speaks English. Hear a line, hear it slowly, then say it.

It remembers, and you decide what

Flow knows your speeches, practice, focus and your coaches' guidance. In What Flow knows, you can correct or remove any note, or clear them all.

Nothing changes until you say yes

Flow offers a new focus, a practice, better wording or a reflection to save. Each is a suggestion until you accept it.

Before and after real conversations

“Help me prepare for tomorrow” and “Let's talk through what happened” both work, and Flow can ask you later how it went.

Your speeches

Your material for conversation.

Your testimony, a Bible story, a gospel presentation, or a few truthful lines. It doesn't need to be long or polished. Read it aloud or paste it in, and Gospelflow files it and splits it into titled sections.

Start from a ready-made starter

Gospel presentations and Bible stories written for each language, and guiding questions for your testimony, so you never start from a blank page.

Draft it with Flow

Write your ideas in English and work out natural wording with Flow. Suggestions stay drafts until you accept them, keep your meaning, and never invent your experiences.

An outline for every speech

Rename sections, split or join them. Your outline becomes the scaffold when you retell.

Internalize

Climb the ladder until it's yours.

Four steps take a speech from something you read to something you know. Retellings are scored on meaning, so you can say it your own way.

  1. Listen

A native voice reads your speech, line by line.

  2. Shadow

Say each line after the voice. Each word lights up as you say it.

  3. Retell with outline

Tell it with only the section titles in view.

  4. Retell from memory

No text, no outline. Scored on meaning, not wording.

Practice

Practice what you need right now.

Practice opens with a recommended activity for your current focus, or you choose. Short tasks or a full conversation, all at your level and all part of the same plan.

~4 min

Understand something

Hear a short message, then show what you understood. Answer in English if that's easier.

~5 min

A short exchange

Hear a model, answer, then handle a change on your own.

~12 min

A conversation

A full role-play with a partner, with Flow before and after.

~6 min

Rehearse a speech

Listen, shadow, retell, then answer a question you didn't expect.

A real conversation, with Flow at your side.

Each conversation is one voice call with two voices: Flow and your conversation partner. Choose what it practices, and bring your speeches if it calls for them.

What a conversation can practice
  • Openings and doors
  • Listen and ask follow-ups
  • Understand and clarify
  • Answer questions about faith
  • Respond to pushback
  • Explain something you believe
  • Notice when to stop
  • Open conversation

Only openings and doors needs a speech. A conversation can go well without ever getting to the gospel.

At your level

The partner's vocabulary, speed and patience follow your estimated level, from Novice to Superior.

In the right accent

Choose the variety you hear every day: Egyptian or Levantine Arabic, Mexican or Castilian Spanish, and more.

Openings from real needs

Openings grow out of what's being talked about: a worry, a loss, a question. Never a cue to recite.

Captions in step with the voice

Live captions follow the voice word by word, and the transcript is a tap away.

Feedback

One win. One thing to try. One next step.

That's the first thing you see after practice. Retry this moment reopens the exchange that didn't land, and keeps both attempts so you can see what changed.

Relationship
Did you listen, respond to what they said, and leave them room to say no?
Language
What you understood and got across, and the words you were missing.
Content
Where the meaning may not have come across, flagged for people to look at.

The three stay separate, and Flow doesn't settle theology. When a speech was part of it, each moment is also judged on four layers: listened first, right speech, right moment and right portion. Holding back counts as a good choice.

Progress

See what you can do now that you couldn't before.

Coaching

Guidance that carries into your next practice.

A coaching group can be a field team, a coach's learners, or one coach with one learner. Coaches set your focus, suggest practice, review your evidence, and leave guidance that Flow follows between check-ins.

Two roles, nothing more

Everyone in a group is a Learner or a Coach. You can coach in one group and learn in another.

You decide who sees your learning

When you join, you choose whether the group's coaches can see your learning, and you're asked again for each coach added later. Leave, and that access ends at once.

One view for coaches

See each learner's focus, time against their goal, and evidence waiting for review, across your groups.

No group needed

Invite a mentor or a native speaker to view your learning, comment and review your evidence, without joining a group.

Built with care

Made for the people you're talking with.

The person at the center

Practice trains you to listen first and share only what helps. Waiting, or stopping, can be the right call.

Scripture stays in your Bible

Verses link to your Bible on bible.com. Flow never writes or changes Scripture, never settles theology, and never invents your testimony.

Faithful wording

Starters follow evangelical Protestant usage in each language, and are checked before they ship.

Recorded only with agreement

Conversations with people are recorded or uploaded only when everyone in them has agreed. Partners go by nicknames, and Settings forgets them all at once.

Your learning is yours

Coaches see it only once you allow it, and joining a group never decides that for you. You can see and stop every share of your work.

Honest about progress

Levels are estimates, not ratings, and every piece of evidence keeps where it came from. Nothing rewards talking more or faster.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Who is Gospelflow for?

Anyone sharing their faith in a language they're still learning: missionaries, church planters, cross-cultural workers, and the coaches and teams around them. It also works in your own language if you want to practice the conversations themselves.

What is Flow?

Flow is the AI coach in Gospelflow, on every screen, by voice or text. It explains, shows you how to say things in a native voice, and talks your practice through with you. It suggests things, like a new focus or better wording, but nothing changes until you accept.

Do I need to write my speeches first?

No. You can start with a short exchange or a question for Flow. When you want material, start from a ready-made gospel presentation or Bible story in your language, answer a few guiding questions for your testimony, or read a speech aloud from your notes and Gospelflow will file and outline it.

How does a practice conversation work?

It's a voice call in your browser with two voices. Flow sets things up, then your conversation partner takes over for the role-play. Say “Flow” or tap Ask Flow any time to pause, and finish with a short debrief. Your feedback follows about a minute later.

What level do I need to be?

Any. A short check of everyday situations, eight questions at most, suggests a level, or you can pick one yourself. It's an estimate that sets how Flow and your partners talk with you: short and slow for beginners, natural speed with idioms for advanced speakers. You can change it any time in Settings.

Do I need a coach or a group?

No. Everything works on your own, including sharing with anyone by email. If you have a coach or a team, a coaching group lets them guide your focus and review your progress, once you allow them to see your learning.

Does it work on my phone?

Yes. Gospelflow is built mobile first and runs in the browser. Add it to your home screen to open it full screen like an app.

What happens to my recordings?

Practice calls are processed to run the session and write your feedback. Retellings keep their audio so you can share them for feedback, and only the latest take is kept unless you shared it. Conversations with people are recorded or uploaded only when everyone in them has agreed. You choose what to keep, can share just an excerpt, and coaches you've allowed to see your learning can listen to them.

Your next conversation could be the one that matters.

Start with a short exchange, a Bible story or a question for Flow, today.
